Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by pv16, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pv16 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and pv16 ("Platform"). The platform reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The pv16 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the pv16 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number. pv16 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether you are aware of it or not — is entirely your responsibility. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Pv16 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, system abuse, submission of false information, breach of these terms, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. In the case of a legitimate suspension, any account balance may be withheld while an investigation is carried out. pv16 also reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a pv16 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other method to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
- Colluding with other players to cheat or unlawfully influence game outcomes.
- Abusing any offer, promotion, or bonus through methods that violate the relevant terms.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with any third party.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through the platform.
- Distributing false information, harmful material, or unlawful content through the platform's communication channels.
Pv16 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user involved in criminal activity or who causes harm to the platform or other users.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the pv16 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via FPX (online banking from major Malaysian banks) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Successful deposits are typically credited to the user's account within minutes of transaction confirmation.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to a verification process that may take up to 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen method and identity verification requirements. pv16 reserves the right to request supporting documents (such as a copy of your ID or bank statement) before approving a withdrawal to ensure security and procedural compliance.
Transaction Limits & Conditions
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method and account verification level. Any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility. pv16 is not liable for any delays caused by technical issues on the part of external financial service providers. All transaction-related disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.

The pv16 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties or guarantees. pv16 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to game outcomes, technical disruptions, system errors, or unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, and other visual elements on the pv16 platform are the exclusive property of pv16 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, modify, or exploit any platform content without explicit written permission from pv16.
Third-Party Links
The pv16 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. pv16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of those respective parties.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Pv16 reserves the right to change, amend, or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this platform. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the pv16 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties. Should negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of this agreement, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
